สมาพันธ์สื่อสร้างสรรค์ (Innovation Mass Media Confederation) ร่วมกับ มูลธิองค์การพิทักษ์ความปลอดภัย ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติสิ่งแวดล้อมโลก World Natural Resources Safety Protection Foundation Administration (WSPF),สมาคมความรักเอื้ออาทรและภราดรภาพสากล (ประเทศไทย) (The Universal Love and Brotherhood Association Thailand (ULBA Thailand), มูลนิธิเพื่อการกุศลและการพัฒนาจริยธรรมเยาวชนนานาชาติ (Foundation for International Youth Ethics Charity and Development (FIYECAD) จากแอฟริกา
องค์การการฑูตเอกชน คณะกรรมการสันติภาพโลก (Private Public Diplomacy Organization World Peace Committee -WPC) และสหพันธ์สมาคมวัฒนธรรมและศิลปะโลก (Federation of World Cultural & Art Society, Singapore) ภายใต้การสนับสนุนของรัฐสภาระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อความปลอดภัย สันติภาพ และความยุติธรรม แห่งองค์การสหประชาชาติ (International Parliament for Safety and Peace Justice – United Nations) (IPSPJ -UN) รหัสสมาชิกยูเอ็น. No. 789129.IPSPJ-UN.
ได้ร่วมจัดงานมอบรางวัลเกียรติคุณนานาชาติ International Outstanding Leadership Award (I.O.L.Award) รางวัลผู้นำดีเด่นระดับนานาชาติ ครั้งที่ 10 ขึ้น เมื่อวันที่ 18 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2568 ณ ศูนย์ประชุมวายุภักดิ์ ศูนย์ราชการ แจ้งวัฒนะ กรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติ บุคคคลและองค์กร ที่มีผลงานดีเด่น ในสาขาและอาชีพต่าง ๆ เป็นที่ยอมรับ ในระดับนานาชาติ
โดยมี Prof.Dr. Steve McKee Chairman of the organising committee และ Ky. Col. Prof. Dr. Edward Roy Krishnan Advisor to the Head of the Committee for the I.O.L. Award เป็นประธานร่วมมอบรางวัล
บุคคสำคัญที่รับรางวัลครั้งนี้ อาทิ Dr. Ahmad Mohammad Ali Shalabi นายกสมาคมไทย-อาหรับ, นายพิชิต รังสิมันต์ นายกสมาคมผู้ผลิตและผู้ส่งออกสินค้าฮาลาลไทย ,ดร.สิทธิชัย เครือวุฒิกุล อุปนายก สมาคมการค้าอินเตอร์อุตสาหกรรมร่วมมิตรไทย-จีน และที่ปรึกษานายกสภาทนายความ, นายบำเหน็จ ทิพย์อักษร อดีตรองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการ สกสค. ดร.มงคล เสมอภาพ ประธานชมรม ครู 4 ภาค เป็นต้น
ก่อนหน้านี้ ก็ได้มีการจัดงานรางวัลดังกล่าวขึ้นแล้ว ในหลายประเทศ เช่น ไทย สิงคโปร์ ญี่ปุ่น ไต้หวัน มาเลเซีย เวียดนาม แอฟริกาใต้ เป็นต้น.
